Encore TV Card

I have an encore TV card but I can't find any other software that supports it, it's only supported by the software it came with.

   It's not even in www.tv-cards.com reviews database.

   Why aren't encore tv cards supported

Please tell us which chip is on the card. The site does not say anything about the chipset.
