PCTV 110i - No Sound

I bought it a week ago and still can't get the sound to work.
I've tried everything.... updated my drivers, re-installed the software and still there is no sound, only picture.

You guys are my last hope before i'm throwing this tv-card to the trash.

My card has anthena connector, S-Video, and FM radio.
This is how i set it up :

I've connected the digital converter (in case i'm not saying it right...it's the device of the cables company) to my tv-card with an S-Video cable.
The tv-card itself is connected with internal audio cable directly to my on-board sound card (Realtek AC97).
I can see and record picture with no problem, but got no sound at all!
The sound is working fine with other applications, like mp3 etc...

Does anyone have any idea of how to get this think work?

Hi,
Do you have AUX/CD-In (or whatever the internal input is called) unmuted in the Windows Volume Control?

Yes i'm always check that nothing is muted.

Hello, I am also facing the same problem, I have jacked in the cd/in port of s/card. TV sound occurs(with problem sometimes), but recording materials have no sound whatsoever......solution plsss..
