Linux and Leadtek Winfast TV2000 XP Expert

Hello!

I´m planning to buy a tv-card. At the moment I´m running win2000 on my PC, but in future I will change to Linux (SuSe 9.1).
My questions:
Is it possible to run Leadtek Winfast TV2000 XP Expert on SuSe Linux 9.1? If yes: are all functions available? (can I record on my Hdd, etc.)
If no: which other tv-card with similar functions and price would you recommend?
