Hi.

For some months now (infact since i bought my new

I can only listen to radio. Tried to update drivers, update
application, add and/or remove codecs (in the begining i
had no codecs installed at all) , etc...

When i try to switch to TV, i get this:

---------------------------
The exception Integer division by zero.

(0xc0000094) occurred in the application at location 0x04957dd6.

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
---------------------------
OK   Cancel

System specs:
P IV 3.2Ghz
1Gb RAM
40GM HDD
Leadtek GeForce FX 5600 256MB
MB ASUS P4P800SE
Tunner: Winfast TV 2000 XP Deluxe (PCI)

Please help.
Thank you.

Re: Winfast TV 2000 XP Deluxe Application Error.

Do you install some COEC pack (K-Lite, Nimo, ATB's, ...etc.) recently ? UnInstall these trouble makers.
Do you use the NERO 6.0.x.x ? Upgrad to 6.6.x.x.

Run the "Windows Media Diagnostic Tool" and post the result (.cab) file.

Yes i have installed Ace Mega Codec Pack 5.95.121BETA2 but the error appeared before the instalation of codecs too.

I have installed NERO 6.3.0.3.

Re: Winfast TV 2000 XP Deluxe Application Error.

(Nero version 6.3.x.xx + Apple QuickTime) causes PVR software crashed.
Please refer to this thread "Nero causing Leadtek WinFast PVR to crash?":

Re: Winfast TV 2000 XP Deluxe Application Error.

Ok, thank you guys, it worked.

This is what i've done:
1. uninstalled nero;
2. updated drivers;
3. updated software;
4. no change to the codecs;

But guess what: now i have teletext   :shock:  !!!!!!!

Here: http://www.leadtek.com/multimedia/winfa … uxe_1.html says teletext is optional  : "Optional on-board FM receiver, MTS, and Teletext features"....

Re: Winfast TV 2000 XP Deluxe Application Error.

The Teletext Software Decoder is optional for BT878 based card :
The first version of  WinFast PVR does not contain the Teletext Software Decoder.
A year later, the Teletext Software Decoder (OEM from Genesis Digital Innov <GDI>) is packed into WinFast PVR (Leadtek pays GDI for the Teletext Software Decoder).
You can find the gdivbi.ax (and other files) in the folder C:Program FilesWinFastWFTVFM

The Teletext Software Decoder is bundled for CX2388x based card, because Conexant pays GDI for the Teletext Software Decoder.
